Section 30 due on Nov 18
1. Okay. This section actually doesn't make any sense. Like... somehow we proved that the Real numbers are uncountably infinite and we give them some new cardinality: continuum. But like, that may or may not be in Aleph 1... Anyway. It feels like we've reached the edge of the map here I guess. So that's interesting.
2. I loved that piece by James W. Cannon. His experience in praying for help in his research was a good reminder to me to include God in all my endeavors; To remember and rely on Him in every part of my life. Also, it was fascinating how he was told that his research would not be successful. That must be a very frustrating answer to grapple with. (and painful to share!) But, it is a good humbling reminder about what really matters in life.
