Section 23 due on October 29

1. This section was confusing... I mean, the outcomes weren't confusing. The rules for modulo are pretty straightforward. The proofs were confusing though. And the warnings. Like... when it said this + sign is not a real + sign... what was that supposed to mean?

2. FINALLY. Finally, we get some solid rules and explanations for how modulo operations work. I feel like they were half introduced at the beginning of the semester and I never felt like I fully knew how to deal with them, so I'm glad we finally get a better explanation.
