Section 14 due October 8
1. This was confusing! I mean, induction is kind of confusing anyway, and the proofs in this section seemed to use some "techniques" that I'm not used to. I'm really not accustomed to proofs of equalities yet, and that seems like the bread and butter of many induction proofs so I'm sure I'll get used to it soon! I really didn't understand the proof of induction at any base natural number... so hopefully that's something we can explain more in class, if it's important to know anyway.
2. This class is getting harder! At the beginning of the semester this was the easy class and linear algebra was the confusing one... and now I think they've officially switched places. I'm anticipating I'll need to ramp put the time I put into doing problem sets and studying. I'm reaching a point in my educational career that I've started to enjoy the challenge that is presented by the course work. Especially for the coding course, it can be frustrating, but if I give myself enough time to work on a problem, give it a break, and then come back later, I'm always surprised at how ideas come and progress is made. It just takes patience and time.
